Web Browsers
The WebDialogues website takes advantage of a number of features that older browsers do not support. Always make sure you have the most current version of your browser.
Cookies
To log in to a WebDialogue, your web browser must be set to accept Cookies.
- PC: Firefox - Tools/Options/Privacy.
- PC: Internet Explorer - Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Advanced - check "Override automatic cookie handling," select "Accept under First-party Cookies," select "Accept under Third-party Cookies," check "Always allow session Cookies."
- Mac OSX: Safari - Preferences/Security/Accept Cookies.
- Mac OSX: Firefox - Preferences/Privacy/Cookies.
Log In
Log in (top right of screen) using the login and password you created at registration and click Submit. If you forgot your password, use Password Help on the Login Page. Your login name and new password will be sent to that address. For additional help, contact

Password
To change your password, select My Profile (top right of screen). To see My Profile, you must be logged in. Select Change Password. Type your new password (twice) and Submit.
Profile
To change your profile, go to My Profile (top right of screen). To see My Profile, you must be logged in. Select Update Profile, change your profile information, and click Submit.
Registration
Registration is a two-step process that requires a valid email address. First, submit your email address on the Email Validation screen. You will immediately receive a validation email with a link to the registration form. (If you do not receive the validation email, check your spam folder.) Second, click the link to the registration form. You will be asked for general contact and demographic information and specific information about your interest in the dialogue. When you are finished, click Submit. For additional help, contact the

Spam Filters
Add our address, participate@webdialogues.net, to your Address Book and approved Contacts. This will reduce the chances of our emails to you getting caught by spam filters.
